By engaging in coaching services with Grace Revealed LLC, you agree to the following terms:
Coaching Relationship: The workshops and coaching sessions are designed to help you achieve your stated goals and objectives. While the Coach will provide guidance and support, the responsibility for taking action and achieving results lies with you, the Client.
Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Payment: Payment for coaching services is due according to the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of workshops and coaching sessions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop or coaching session, please provide at least 48-hour notice. Cancellations made within this notice period will be rescheduled. Cancellations made outside the notice period will not be refunded.
Liability: While the Coach will strive to provide valuable guidance, the results of wellness coaching depend on your actions and efforts. The Coach is not liable for any outcomes or decisions made by you during or after the coaching engagement.
Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 7-Day written notice.
Intellectual Property: All materials, resources, and content provided by the Coach are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior permission.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina.
By participating in workshops, wellness programs and coaching sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Grace Revealed LLC for your workshops and coaching services. We strive to provide you with the highest level of support and guidance. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a return or refund. Please review our policy below:
Workshops:
1. Cancellation and Refunds:
- If you need to cancel your attendance for a workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the event that Grace Revealed, LLC cancels a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. No-shows:
- If you fail to attend a workshop or coaching session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Coaching Services:
1. Cancellation and Refunds:
- If you wish to cancel your coaching services, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds for coaching services will be prorated based on the number of sessions already completed.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee:
- We are committed to your satisfaction and success. If, after the first coaching session, you are not satisfied with the service provided, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will offer a full refund.
General Terms:
1. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@gracerevealedllc.com. We will guide you through the process and address any concerns you may have.
2. Non-transferable:
- Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original purchaser.
3. Exceptions:
- Please note that certain circumstances, such as force majeure events or extenuating circumstances, may prevent us from providing refunds. We will assess such situations on a case-by-case basis.
