Grace Revealed creates a safe environment where executives, HR professionals, employees, contractors, and affiliates learn valuable tools and integrate healthy self-care patterns and practices into their daily routine and corporate culture.
In order to learn, we must first create space for change and allow the learning process to take root. Our brains are wired for repetition, but when the patterns we repeat neglect a critical need for self-care, breaking old habits isn’t always easy. Humility is allowing for the possibility that the status quo isn’t working or won’t take us to the healthy vibrant productive life we deserve.
Grace Revealed believes that we signed up for a lifelong lesson in learning and that we are never too old, too young, too burned out, too executive, or too new to learn. Our business model imparts life-long tools through a shared learning process.
Our holistic concept of health stems from our Director’s personal experience where she learned the hard way that each area of our health affects the other and is intricately connected. Our work-life balance, relationships, physical health, mental and spiritual health, all have the potential to significantly impact each other.
